My experience with Genuine Pest Control has been wonderful. We had been trying to get several companies to come out and give us a bid to get rid of rodents and they either didn't follow up or didn't show up at all. I spoke with Allison and she set me up with the inspector (Danny) and the tech (Jordan) to come the same week. The arrived on time and were very nice and understood I felt the problem was urgent. They inspected the property and got right to work. Several companies I called did not do commercial property and they all recommended Servepro who doesn't do commercial property either nad they don't recommend anyone else. I feel like I am with the best company to take care of our issues.

Danny came on time to assess our raccoon problem and he was very professional and courteous. He was able to quickly assess the situation and set traps during his visit. We are looking forward to eliminating the raccoons from our property! They are very destructive animals.

They give exceptional attention to concerns directed to them -- Alison is kind, and thorough and is the 'face and grace' of the company from start to finish with the greatest attention to all details, never missing a beat. David did a fantastic job assessing my problem in DM, Iowa, with birds pecking on my chimney and with suggestions about how to solve this problem. It was recommended first to trim back a nearby tree and then to re-evaluate in the Spring. David could come back quickly given the company schedule and do the tree trimming himself. He worked quickly and efficiently and shaped the limbs beautifully as well as getting the job done to trim necessary limbs. The company seems to care about costs to the consumer -- not offering more than what is needed. I feel the costs were more than reasonable. The work was done quicker than I could have ever hoped for with TOP QUALITY! Everything about this company speaks to SERVICE EXCELLENCE! Genuine Pest Control is hands down the best pest control service in Omaha. My parents had issues with stinging insects at their house that weren’t affected by any wasp sprays in the store. They came out, evaluated the situation and we found out we had bald faced hornets. It’s been a few weeks now and we are still wasp free. Great people and great prices. I highly recommend them for any of your pest control needs. 🚫🐝
